Use our Cloud email debugger to reset your email configurations. It should work then.

I am restricted from using the cloud email debugger because I have not subscribed. The subscription charges is to much for me. I should be able to get support and solve the email problem without subscription or paying money. The Mailscanner introduced by Cyberpanel is a flop and it is the cause of the problem. The problem should be solved without subscription.

You can ask our support to get the email debugger its free of cost. Also Mailscanner is added by the community.

Please how do I get the email debugger? I am unable to login to Rainloop, I’m getting the “Authentication Failed” error

Ok. Thanks.
I will do that now. Will it solve the “Authentication Failed” problem?

@usmannasir Please i’ve searched the forums on how to get email debugger and even created a cloud.cyberpanel.net account. But each time I try to debug the email server I get this error
Error - Either you don’t have privileges to access this page or your plan does not cover this feature. If this is a mistake kindly contact our support.
I have contacted support over 4 days ago, I’m still waiting for a response.

I searched your account (using the email you have on community) and found 1 server. I’ve enabled email debugger on it.

@usmannasir , thanks for the feedback in my other post. I have created a support ticket regarding the “Email Debugger”. Patiently waiting for feedback.
Thanks.
