Hello, after I upgraded to version 1.9 almost every day presents a bug when logging in the admin panel, which may be happening, I sometimes have to restart the server to release, but sometimes will not, delay and after minutes enter the WP dashbord. I ask for directions?

Hello friends, the problem still persists, all wp installations that I try to login returns to login screen, and when it comes in sometimes it is not possible to upload the images, I have to reboot the litespeed and vps server several times to return the login and image upload, but after a certain period the login problem returns, what can it be?
Why not record the screen and let’s see.

What does tailing the error log show you when this happens?
tail -f /usr/local/lsws/logs/error.log
If having trouble seeing whats happening from your traffic filter it further with your public

Have you tried it in another browser or cleared your cache and cookies? Trying it in private/incognito will also help rule out bad cache or session.

can you try disabling those themes “gdn-theme” etc can do this by moving that folder out of wp-content/themes folder.
Also can try lowering the PHP version the site is using.
Usually, this error/warning is due to a PHP incompatibility or code issue.

Reinstalling those themes and files may help if they raising or lowering of the php version the site is using does not fix it.
if you have the wp cli installed on the server you can use that activate/deactivate the themes via ssh.
