Bug on e-mail forwarding

After creating a forward to my email, duplicate messages started to arrive.
After a tip from the @calvingrain user, who discovered the bug, I accessed the database and verified that a forwarding id is created in the database for the same email that is requesting the forwarding. As the image below:

ID 4 - the e-mail that i’m want to forward, fowarding to itself
ID 5 - the correct forwarding, I guess
