Blank Page on phpmyadmin and failed database creation

Hello, for 3 days now when everything was working perfect somehow when I click on php my admin it throws me a blank page. Secondly, when I try to create any database it throws me an error “OPERATION FAILED 0”. I have already installed the latest version of cyberpanel but the error hasn’t stopped. On the other hand I tried every single possible solution I found but nothing happened. Has someone experienced something like this before?

which OS do you have for cyberpanel?

I have the exact same issue that he did. I am attempting to use MySQL through ssh and it doesn’t work either. Is there some sort of way that I can manage the integration of CyberPanel via ssh? I am running on Ubuntu, latest stable.
