Backup failing

I am using v2.1 build 2

All backups are failing with the status message

(1045, "Access denied for user root@localhost (using password: YES)") [1084][5009]

Mysql root password is same in
/etc/cyberpanel/mysqlPassword
/usr/local/CyberCP/CyberCP/settings.py

I have stored root password in /root/.my.cnf which works perfectly on all ssh commands

Can anyone please help out?

Are you using any kind of Mysql optimizations?
check if setting.py root MySQL password and /etc/cyberpanel/mysqlPassword
this file content is same?
