Allow Users to Change Email Passwords

How are email users stored? The reason I ask is I would like to add and enable a plugin in either Rainloop or RoundCube so users can change their passwords at will from the webmail client. Are email users stored in SQL, LDAP or something else and how can I access their data?

Bingo! Here is how to do it with the change-password-custom-sql plug-in in Rainloop. First, download and extract the change-password-custom-sql plug-in in its own folder to /data/data/default/plugins/ under Rainloop’s main directory. Second, in “Rainloop — Admin Panel” under “Plugins”, configure that plugin as shown:

Note: The password is your MySQL root password that was supplied during CyberPanel installation.
