After upgrading snappy mail and phpmyadmin not works

After upgrading to the latest version I am unable to access the snappymail , mail scanner , phpmyadmin.

Websites works as normal but it not works.

I even tried to re run upgrade but that not helped.

Can you please enable debug logs of cyberpanel and show me more detials

having same issue. but no log created.
