Accessing a WordPress Installation with an IP Address

Hi there,
Will it be possible to access a WordPress Installation on CyberPanel without a proper domain attached to it?
i.e. http://serverIPAdress/~user
As we do with cPanel?
cPanel temporary URL to access your web sites temporarily
