A redirect loop occurs just by playing with CGI

Hello.
When I logged in to OpenLite Speed from the new Cyberpanel and added CGI as shown in the image below, a redirect loop occurred on all pages containing CGI files.
How can I get rid of this? I deleted the OLS settings but it didn’t return.
