Hello CyberPanel Community,
I'm facing a serious issue with my CyberPanel installation on a VPS hosted by Hostinger.
Currently, I cannot access the CyberPanel dashboard because it shows:
Server Error 500 – Internal Server Error
Additionally, all websites hosted on my VPS are down. When I try to access them, they also show Server Error (500). Some websites display a Database Connection Failed error.
Server Details:
VPS Provider: Hostinger
Control Panel: CyberPanel
Issue: CyberPanel login returns HTTP 500.
All hosted websites are returning HTTP 500 errors.
Several websites show database connection failures.
What I've Tried:
Tried accessing the CyberPanel dashboard again.
Unfortunately, the issue still persists.
What I Need Help With:
How can I identify the root cause of this issue?
How can I check and repair CyberPanel services through SSH or Hostinger Web Console?
Could this be related to MySQL/MariaDB, LiteSpeed, or CyberPanel services?
Is there any way to restore everything without reinstalling the VPS or losing existing data?
I would really appreciate a step-by-step solution.
Important: I want to fix the issue without losing my existing databases, website files, or configurations.
