Deleted Websites STILL appear in "Website>>List Sites"

Hi Team,

I run a number of Ubuntu 22.04 servers with CyberPanel 2.4.9 and when I use the GUI to "Delete Website", the email address are deleted, the /home/xxxxx file structure is deleted BUT the website is still shown in the GUI "Websites>>List Sites" page and the DNS entries do NOT get deleted.

The "Delete Site" function works and reports no errors.

I am at a loss as to how to get the deleted sites removed from the GUI list.

Any help / pointers greatly appreciated.
