Has Anyone Considered Paying Someone to Take the PHR Exam?

I have seen people here contemplating about hiring someone to help them by saying pay someone to take my PHR exam? I wonder do people actually go for this option due to work pressure or fear of failing. What are the risks and are there better legitimate ways to prepare for and pass the PHR exam instead? I would love to hear some honest thoughts and experiences.
