OLS login not working (no errors)

###Problem###
I am unable to log into the OLS admin panel. No error is given, the form just clears when I click login.

###Steps Taken###

• Update and Upgrade Host and CP
• Reboot
• Reset User Password with sudo /usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/admpass.sh
• Read Community Forums and Old Tutorials (Whats with ALL the spam suddenly?? OMG!)

Did I do the markdown right?

My apologies! I had forgotten I had already reported this! However, the issue on Chrome still persists.
