PureFTPd does not start automatically after server reboot

Issue Description
Every time the server is rebooted, the PureFTPd service fails to start automatically.
To get FTP working again, I am forced to log into the CyberPanel admin dashboard and start the service manually under Manage Services. This behavior is tedious and inefficient for server management.
Expected Behavior
The PureFTPd service should enable on boot and start automatically after a system restart.
Could you please guide me on how to fix this or let me know if this is a known bug in this build? Thanks!
