Unable to Issue SSL Certificate – Connection Error

Hello CyberPanel Support Team,

I am facing an issue while trying to issue an SSL certificate using CyberPanel.

Details:

  • Control Panel: CyberPanel
  • SSL Provider: Let’s Encrypt
  • DNS: Managed by Cloudflare

When I attempt to issue the SSL certificate, I consistently receive the following error message:

Connection Error – Impossible to connect to the server. Please refresh this page.

What I have already checked/tried:

  • The domain is correctly pointing to the server IP (A records for both root domain and www).
  • Cloudflare proxy (orange cloud) was disabled temporarily (DNS Only) during the SSL issuance attempt.
  • HTTP access to the domain is working.
  • LiteSpeed and CyberPanel services were restarted.

Despite these steps, the SSL issuance still fails with the same connection error.

I kindly request your assistance to check:

  • If there is any issue with the Let’s Encrypt service on my server
  • Firewall or port 80/443 connectivity
  • Any required configuration or service restart on the CyberPanel side

Please let me know if you need logs or any additional information.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Nobody is here to help with the situation; even with SSL installed, the site still opens with an SSL error. What should I do?

Assuming you are referring to site in the image, I see a valid LetsEncrypt SSL certificate, which makes me assume that you have found the problem and has resolved it.
