I have not made any changes to the mysql or its password.
Also, after performing the upgrade, I no longer have access to the panel.

I am having the same issue. Support at cyberpanel “fixed” it - but I was unable to receive email - I reran update and same thing. They are gonna charge $10 to fix it. we will see and I will update you.

How did the support fix your 500 Internal Server Error issue? Looks like there is a 2.4.3 upgrade problem that is affecting many servers and until now there is no official fix announced.

I think the version 2.4.3 still not ready and with a lot of bugs. and I hope from cyber panel to stop lunching any version before testing as I downloaded the panel not for testing. I paid $169 to have productive panel not to do testing on my server.

I lied!! I am guessing it worked for about 30 seconds I received email on a couple of email accounts. I am still dealing with support but I think they are in India so I get about 2 interactions a day. I will be using a clean backup from a week before to see if that works then I will never upgrade my cyberpanel until EOL of the current. I am going to have to pay some money for them to fix what their upgrade broke. but I gotta get this working. Sorry to have gotten you excited for the fix. I am at least able to get to my cyber panel now but that is it.
