systemctl status mariadb

The installation went smoothly, but 80 percent of the websites are in some strange state. The websites freeze, sometimes the pages don’t load, after CTRL+F5 the page may load, but in a few minutes the same page won’t load again.

dnf install python3-cffi
pip install --upgrade pip

check /home/cyberpanel/stderr.log file
most of panel error log is there
