Unable to Log In to CyberPanel Dashboard – Need Help

Hello,

I’m unable to log in to my CyberPanel dashboard via the browser.

Details:

• OS: Ubuntu 20.04
• Web Server: OpenLiteSpeed
• Access Method: https://server-ip:8090

When I try to log in, I get the following problem:

• The login page loads, but my credentials are rejected every time.
• I’ve tried both my original credentials
• I also attempted to reset the password via SSH:

bash

adminPass newpassword

which reported success, but I still can’t log in.

What I’ve checked so far:

• The CyberPanel service is running:

bash

systemctl status lscpd

• Port 8090 is open in the firewall.
  Questions:

1. How can I regain access to the CyberPanel dashboard without reinstalling or lossing the current setup / data ?

Any guidance would be appreciated. I also want to back up my websites and databases before making any big changes, so suggestions on how to do that without panel access are welcome.

have you tried ssh with ip instead of domain? that works for me but I can’t do anything with the panel yet.
