Can not login as admin after upgrade to 2.4

I have already tried a new adminPass and disabled the 2fa.
But still not able to Login.

The scary part, there is no error message!
The login page simply reloads.

Downgrade to 2.3.9 which was the most stable.
2.4 isn’t yet stable and your issue is specific to 2.4.

There are other issues as well in terms of the layout, fonts, missing features etc.
