Error "Could Not Login, Error message: login failed" when accessing Cyberpanel

Hello everyone. I would need help with a topic. I have Cyberpanel installed on an external provider, in a cloud service. I have been able to access without problems for days, but now, when I try to access using the admin user and the correct password, I get this message: ‘Could Not Login, Error message: login failed’. But both the username and password are correct, and I have no way to access. Is there something I can fix on my end, or is it a problem that the service provider should address? Thank you for your help.

Do you have ssh access?

You can use adminPass <newpass> command to reset pass and try.

Also clear browser cache and then try.

Exactly, the provider solved it. They informed me that they cleared the cache and it has been restored. Thank you very much.
