I can't install WordPress after the latest update

after updating my panel to the latest version i cant install wordpress in new domains and it stuck in this path like the picture i posted

I’m having the same problem.

PHP 8.2 and 8.3 give the same error. Older working sites are fine, but trying to add a new domain and install WordPress gives this error.
