Update CyberPanel to latest on CentOS/Cloudlinux 7

Basically as the title states, I’ve written a script to Update CyberPanel to the any version utilizing their update script.

I’ve given the option to lock the panel behind CSF firewall and backs up and restores CSF configuration.

If it works properly you did a great job, great news for centos 7 users who are EOL
