Closed Uploading using the file manager is extremely slow

After the latest update uploading a file using the file manager and web browser is very slow. I’m trying to upload a 70 MB file to my site but it’s now nearly an hour and only 20% is uploaded.

How to fix this?

Check your security settings and ports. There may be a problem with your network configuration.

Thank you. It turns out that my VPN was acting up. The issue has nothing to do with Cyberpanel.
I just changed the VPN server and everything back to normal.

Any one having this issue in the future just check your internet first thing.
