Server Hostname Mail

I have a problem with the server hostname part of the email. domain.com.br appears instead of mail.domain.com.br. How can I solve this? I need to configure outlook for the client.

You can use main domain as well as mail domain our new setup supports both that’s why you can see the main domain in the list email section.
