Upload problems

I try to upload a file to the server with Root File Manager and I am getting:
can not be uploaded, Error message: You are not authorized to access this resource.
I don’t see the problem. The source file has 644 permission.
Any help

There are problems with Root File Manager i can upload, but can unzip uploaded file. I end up doing it on ssh with unzip command.

Sad state Cyberpanel is right now, why developers abandoned it, no response from any team members at all.
