My Cron is not executing

My cron entries are not working either I add using crontab -e or vi /etc/crontab the entry is as follows

• • • • • postsuper -d ALL

I also restarted cron after adding still doesn’t work

Any Suggestion

Have you tried to run this command manually on the terminal?
what is the output?
