Why does CyberPanel process keep restarting?

Hello,

I ran the following 2 commands:

systemctl stop lscpd
systemctl disable lscpd

This stops the CyberPanel process but every 3-4 days the process restarts automatically. Why is this happening? Is there some other command I have to run as well?
