my cyberpanel cannot access after update 2.3.5 to 2.3.9

This site can’t be reached

213.xxx.xxx.xxx took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• [Running Windows Network Diagnostics](javascript:diagnoseErrors())

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

but when i ping, my vps is normal
my vps in contabo use ubuntu 22
i can access my wordpress

Upgrade from 2.3.8 to 2.3.9 and cannot access cyberpanel at port 8090.
Tried to disable csf but no luck.
Any idea?

I tried to upgrade from control panel page.
After trying again using the command below
sh <(curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/usmannasir/cyberpanel/stable/preUpgrade.sh || wget -O - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/usmannasir/cyberpanel/stable/preUpgrade.sh)
Everything is ok.
