Do the suspicious processes exist all time?

Hi, not long ago i activated the CSF and checked the log.
Immediately there are many suspicious logs.

I wonder if this is the same with you guys?
Are those suspicious actions at all time scanning servers and websites?

Interested topic. I will need to know too and how to prevent intrusions
