Cyberpanel files L0CK3D.. what can we do?

I have a client’s VPS with Centos7, because a custom script must use that version. Since yesterday morning this VPS has encrypted files and sites down. I can access it via SSH and VPN. Yesterday I tried to update the panel and after 30 minutes it started to give errors.
Is there a patch, a clean reinstallation that does not lose the user’s files?

files L0CK3D cannot be restored, reinstall the system and restore everything from backups. Thank cyberpanel developers for not mentioning the problem.

Thanks for your reply… I don’t understand why they didn’t give notice of the error… so that measures could be taken (take a snapshot). Unfortunately, they push you to other platforms.

I think they’re in cahoots, there’s no other logical explanation. When there are such critical notifications, everywhere notify from every iron information.
