I accidentally closed it while updating the panel and now I can’t access it. It doesn’t even allow SSH connection. How can I open the system?

Use recovery mode or reboot your system to check.
if works then do this.
systemctl enable lscpd
systemctl start lscpd
and then
systemctl status lscpd
should be active.
