Contabo server stack on startup after maintenance

After maintenance from Contabo my VPS stuck on loading with errors. After contacting Contabo, they transfered my VPS to another host system but situation is the same.
I have cyberpanel installed and until now everything was OK.
I am using Ubuntu 22.04 version.
Please help me how to handle this problem.

I hope you know the fact almost all the cyberpanel servers are hacked. So something should be happened to the server files. What is happening when you enter the root password?

I have created snapshot of my VPS, and roll back a week before. Now I am able to asses my sites and do a complete backup. After that I plan to reinstall my VPS with new CyberPanel installation.
