Wordpress + LSCache installer error with base during installation

Hi,

I tested a WordPress installation from Cyberpanel today.

I get an error during automatic installation:

Installation failed. Error message: ["Error: Database connection error (1130) Host '::1' is not allowed to connect to this MariaDB server"," [404]"]

If I go and create the database manually, then install Wordpress manually, the site works fine.

This installer doesn’t seem to be working properly?

Info:

• AlmaLinux8
• Current Version: 2.3 Build: 7

In the meantime, I tried the following:

• I reinstalled the server and installed Ubuntu 22.04 instead of AlmaLinux8

I tested the WordPress installation in two ways:

1. WordPress - Deploy WordPress
2. Websites - list websites - Manage - Application Installer - WP+LSCache

In both cases I get the identical error:

Installation failed. Error message: ["Error: Database connection error (2002) php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known"," [404]"]

I tried installing php-mysql but that doesn’t help.

Restarting the server does not help.

Disabling Modsecurity does not help.

Turning off the CSF does not help.

Does anyone know of a solution that can help?
