the ticket support website has been changed and my thicket is no more visible, it’s EMPTY
For the second time I’m going to loose money & the AddOn ?

I think the ticket system was hacked. They are asking sketchy questions like access to servers that were already provided through the API. I paid for support and I feel like I’m getting scammed here. What’s going on?
