Cyberpanel is making www.mail.... and mail.mail..... dns records

I recently deployed CyberPanel to a VPS and so far it is running well, exept for two issue.

my install is making www.mail… and mail.mail… dns records when ever I add a new website. it also makes mail.“new domain” website whenever I add a domain. I do not want both to happen. my customers should use my main mail domain for their mx records.

hope this is clear, can anyone help?

while creating the website are you checking the create mail domain as well?

yes i was, thought that was needed. unticked that when making the website and that fixed it. thanks for your help
