Closed Error with upgrade

I can not upgrade Cyberpanel anymore after upgrading my packages:

NAME=“AlmaLinux”
VERSION=“8.10 (Cerulean Leopard)”
ID=“almalinux”
ID_LIKE=“rhel centos fedora”
VERSION_ID=“8.10”
PLATFORM_ID=“platform:el8”

This is the error I have now while upgrading. And now also control panel is not working

I was able to solve it using this command:

pip install --upgrade pip
sh
shoaibkk #3

Upgrade command can also update this.
