CyberPanel INITIAL CONFIGURATIONS / Mail ssl error

Hello Cyberpanel team,

I’ve just installed a new server on Ubuntu Server 22.04, the installation was successful but when I was configuring the server at …:8090/base/onboarding, I got the error:
#### Domain that you have provided is not configured as rDNS for your server IP. [404]
tried installing SSL for domain, Hostname, and Email for domain/subdomain, done everything, the IP is resolving to the rDNS / reverse…) correctly.

what can be the issue?

your rdns are set correctly for the domain that you are using in onboarding?

yes, i have finally resolved the rDNS issue… but email login still not working SSL / connection refused…!

Anyone help??? I am using hostinger VPS…
