Cyber Panel SnappyMail gives SSL error and does not send or receive e-mails

i installed Cyber Panel 2.3 on my VDS Almalinux 8. Cyber Panel SnappyMail gives SSL error and does not send or receive e-mails. I get this error when I log in to snappymail;

Can’t connect to server

Server message: Can’t connect to host “ssl://localhost:993”

How to solve this problem?

what is the status of the dovecote?
and what is results of //email/testTo:

dovecote is not installed but postfix is installed. What could be the problem?
