Login screen broken - please help

I have been using Cyberpanel for quite a while without problems.

I have just tried to login and I am seeing the following broken screen:

Any idea what has happened or how best to proceed please?

some time when update not happen correctly this happened but you don’t have to worry just run update and this will be fixed
