Cloudflare works fine, how to configure automatic sync?

I configured Cyberpanel and cloudflare and works fine.

But to configure to add automatically to Cloudflare ?

I add a website, but i have to sync local records to Cloudflare manually , can it be automatic ?

So when i add a website, it automatically sync records to cloudflare ?

records sync can be performed using this 3 - Cloudflare DNS Synchronization with CyberPanel
after adding the domain, Is this the issue that the domain even not getting records after sync.

Can it be configured to be all new domains created with proxy activated by default ?
