Access to this resource on the server is denied!

I have made the subdomain s. mywebsite .com

Uploaded the files of yourls (link shortener server) to home /mywebsite /s. mywebsite

And when I want to proceed with installation of the server yourls at s.mywebsite .com /admin

I am getting this error

Access to this resource on the server is denied!

I followed their installation guide to a T, why am I getting this kind of error ?

Error from the error log file is

Do I need to add an external apps also ? I hope not, it seems very complicated

I already have all the PHP version pre installed, I just dont understand how to properly configure lightspeed.

Can you remove lsphp82 and install again? its lsws ent or OpenLiteSpeed?
