Cat: /home/cyberpanel/5151: No such file or directory

I have run into an issue with CyberPanel when trying to create a website I get the following error without quotes:

“cat: /home/cyberpanel/5151: No such file or directory”

I did update the panel and there was no indication that there were any visible bugs.
