I want to upgrade the rules, the path is /usr/local/lsws/conf/modsec/owasp-modsecurity-crs-3.0-master/rules/, can I directly download the latest rules from the Owasp official and then replace the old rules locally?Thanks.

I see that cyberpanel’s OWASP rules are all from 2021,
and the current rules on github are all from 2024, e.g. coreruleset/rules at main · coreruleset/coreruleset · GitHub.
Can these latest rules be downloaded directly and replaced locally?
