Size in phhmyadmin

Hello.
How can I change the upload size in phhmyadmin? I’ve tried changing to /usr/local/lsws/lsphp71/etc/php.ini but it doesn’t work for me. I have vps with AlmaLinux 8 and openlitespeed

You need to restart php, for it to update.
