my main domine abc.com
subdomines add one 1.abc.com ok first no issue
when second subdomine create then 6 say 12 hour same error
subdomines add one 2.abc.com ok
but if delet second subdomine 2.abc.com then first subdomine error auto fix

Can you try by removing apache from this site ? and use purely OLS only.
