I would like know how to add addon domain so that I can add domains for the subdirectory. This is for one of the web application I have and unlike cpanel, there is no such options for it.

You can use Addon Domains feature under your respective website manager https://SERVER_URL:8090/websites/cresgen.com/domainAlias With Domain Aliases you can visit example.com using example.net and view the same content.
Thank you. However, If I want to do for subdirectory, how can I do that? Like if I want to get example.com/hello using example.net.
Have you tried to change the path of existing example.net with this tutorial [TUTORIAL] How to change website domain or subdomain
It goes without saying make a snapshot of your server before doing this.
