Woocommerce API integration not working

We use a bridge program to integrate Woo and our cloud accounting software. When we try to integrate woo it pops up a error msg.

Check server logs that modsecurity or firewall won’t block anything.

Modsecurity is off and I offed the firewall and checked. Still the same issue, We also use cpanel and it connects and dose the job correctly.
