PHPMyAdmin Access Issue with New User ACL - Urgent

Hi CyberPanel Community,

I recently created a new ACL user with access to two websites in CyberPanel, and initially, everything was functioning perfectly. The user could perform all tasks without any problems. However, when attempting to access PHPMyAdmin, an error occurred, and I’d like some guidance on resolving it.

The error message encountered is as follows:

{“status”: 0, “createDBStatus”: 0, “error_message”: “Incorrect padding”}

I’d appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to address this issue and ensure that the user can access PHPMyAdmin smoothly.
