One domain keeps issuing private cert

I have updated to the current build of CyberPanel. And I even did a full reboot of the server.
All other domains on the server is behaving the way they should now.

I also followed this guide to check that I have everything correct:

But still, one of my domains serve a self signed cert. I check it at //email/testTo: and the cert fails.

Any ideas? Please?
