Freshly installed CyberPanel won't display

Ubuntu 22.04 on an IONOS VPS
(Obv can’t get the contents of /base/versionManagment)

No steps to reproduce, simply go to https://gopythonicvps.com:8090 or even just http, it just sits there until it times out. Yet, when I SSH into the server in a terminal I am presented with this:

This server has installed CyberPanel.

Current Server time : 2023-09-30 18:20:04.

Current RAM usage : 386/3876MB (9.96%).
Current Disk usage : 9/155GB (7%).

Enjoy your accelerated Internet by CyberPanel.

I can’t figure out what the issue is. Although, doing a traceroute seems to have issues to the domainname. Still troubleshooting but hoping for insight from those with far more experience with CyberPanel directly.

Thanks in adv.

Check if your firewall allows connection to port 8090

I had already thought of that and had added it and even restarted the VPS as well to make sure the port was active:

Firewall Config TCP: 22, 80, 443, 8443, 8447, 465, 587, 993, 10000, 8090, 40110-40210, 53 | UDP: 53

Is this resolved?
Did you check with the IP as URL?

Can you please create a ticket with server login details of freshly installed IONOS vps. We will try to reproduce on our end.

I was just checking IONOS VPS plans, it might not be KVM.

We don’t support LXC, KVM, OPENVZ and Baremetal servers are supported.

You have any idea which virtualization is that ?
